Allegation 10:

Summary:

On 7/18/2025, Judge Longsworth made statements equating me with a child abuser (see allegation 6) while stating about the defendant:

“…there’s been no evidence whatsoever offered either at the divorce trial or the PPO trial that causes me to be concerned that Mr. Sudds is in any way a danger to his children or that there’s any concern for his conduct regarding his children…”[1]

Apparently, police requesting forensic interviews[2] was not concerning to her. Well, let me be accurate with my words. This was not concerning to her with regards to the safety of the kids. It was very concerning to her with regards to the defendant risking self-incrimination. But how could he incriminate himself if there was no abuse? And if she did suspect a probability of abuse high enough that she felt the need to shield him from self-incrimination, why did she not feel the need to similarly shield the kids until things were resolved? Hmmmm. Something doesn’t make sense here.

I guess we’ll just move on.

The defendant’s accusations of DV against his daughter, which witnesses testified was my daughter acting in self-defense, was also not a concern.

Being informed of the kids coming home with bruises was not a problem.

A child being hospitalized during the defendant’s parenting time for running away and making threats of self-harm[3] (also see hearing held on 6/24/2025, and 7/8/2025) was totally fine.

US Border Agents noting injuries and taking the kids from the defendant was also perfectly lovely[4].

A child under Judge Longsworth’s care was screaming “they’re going to kill me” to the first US Border Agent she had access to? This is what the defendant’s lawyer told Judge Longsworth. That sounds heartbreaking. You’d think Judge Longsworth might want to talk to the child, see if she was ok. But no, no such luck.

My lawyer also described the events. He informed the Judge that the kids had been taken from the defendant (by the border agents) and released to me. And, my daughter, who the defendant’s lawyer said was screaming in fear for her life, had bruises. Perhaps she truly was in fear for her life after all. The border agent seemed to be concerned.

My lawyer asks for help for my kids. He says he has seen photographs of the bruises and says, “I think if you just carte blanche turn these children over to Mr. Sudds or that program…who knows what’s going to happen to the children, Judge. The children don’t deserve this.”

Again with the bruises that Judge Longsworth doesn’t want to hear about. When will we learn and stop trying to interfere???? And me, such a rebel that I left the kids at the border until after 8 pm, the start of my parenting time, lest I be accused once again of interfering in the defendant’s parenting time. Leaving injured kids sitting by themselves at an International Border, to avoid inflaming the great Judge. I found it unnatural and difficult to leave my kids alone like that, hurt and crying, but what do I know. Judge Longsworth is the holy standard, and I was just trying to learn from her about to be a good parent and co-parent.

Not to worry. Judge Longsworth simply blamed it all on me anyhow[5]. Remember, I was the one that created the environment for the problems at the border. I’m not sure how I did that, but that’s what she concluded.

But she couldn’t have been completely convinced that he was innocent and safe, as she sought to protect him from arrest[6] at the US/Canada border. What did she think he might get arrested for? That is really strange, a judge issuing orders in an effort to frustrate potential arrest efforts?

On or around 7/20/2025, the defendant was informed of a Neglect/Abuse case against him by the State of Michigan. Case # 2025-16972-NA.

Judge Longsworth’s statements implying the innocence of the defendant while she was aware of criminal investigations and potential forthcoming charges, was in violation of Michigan Judicial Code of Conduct Canon 3 A (7). I would think her attempts to protect him from arrest for said abuse might also be in violation of some kind of law, but I’ll leave that one to you.
